When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 7-10 business days depending on your location.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We process orders very quickly. You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, it goes into production and cannot be changed.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

We stand by our quality! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the defect/wrong item, and we will send a free replacement immediately.
